The John Guest 5/16″ to 3/8″ Stem Enlarger is a push-fit adaptor designed to convert a compatible 5/16″ push-fit connection to 3/8″ pipe.
It is particularly useful as a replacement Lindr dispenser air outlet fitting, allowing standard 3/8″ air pipe to be connected to compatible Lindr dispensers with a 5/16″ push-fit air outlet.
5/16″ Stem to 3/8″ Push-Fit Adaptor
The 5/16″ stem pushes into a compatible 5/16″ push-fit socket, providing a 3/8″ push-fit connection on the opposite side.
This makes it useful where two different pipe connection sizes need to be joined without changing the existing equipment fitting.

This fitting is commonly used on compatible Lindr draught beer dispensers with built-in air compressors, where the machine has a 5/16″ air outlet but the external air pipework is 3/8″ OD.
