The Beer Tap Cooling Manifold is a push-fit fitting designed for circulating chilled water around beer fonts, tap towers and dispense points as part of a recirculating draught cooling system.
Featuring a 15mm main connection with a 3/8" looped cooling spur, the manifold incorporates a 4mm restriction to help direct recirculating water through the smaller cooling loop.
It is particularly useful for beer font trace cooling and python cooling systems, where chilled water needs to circulate close to the beer tap and product lines.
15mm x 3/8" Beer Font Cooling Manifold
The manifold connects the main 15mm chilled water circuit to a smaller 3/8" cooling loop positioned around or within the beer font.
The incorporated 4mm restriction creates additional resistance in the main circuit, encouraging recirculating water to travel through the 3/8" spur before returning to the main cooling circuit.
This provides a practical way to incorporate font cooling into a compatible recirculating water system.

4mm Restriction
The manifold incorporates a 4mm restriction within the cooling circuit.
This restriction helps influence the flow of recirculating water, encouraging chilled water to pass around the 3/8" looped spur used for font or tap cooling.
The actual flow through the system will depend on the pump, pipe lengths, system resistance and overall cooling configuration.
Beer Font & Tap Cooling
In a typical installation, chilled water from a remote beer cooler is circulated through the beer python towards the dispense point.
The cooling manifold allows part of this recirculating water circuit to be routed through a smaller 3/8" cooling loop around the font or tap area before returning to the main circuit.
This helps reduce heat gain around the dispense point as part of a correctly designed cooling system.
Push-Fit Installation
The push-fit connections allow compatible tubing to be installed without hose clips or threaded adaptors.
Pipe should be cut cleanly and square before being pushed fully into the appropriate connection.

This fitting is intended for recirculating cooling water systems within compatible draught dispense installations. It is not intended to guarantee a particular beer serving temperature.
