Mixed Gas Primary Regulator – Bottle Mounted Beer Gas Regulator
The Mixed Gas Primary Regulator is a bottle-mounted beverage gas regulator designed for controlling gas pressure in professional draught beer and drinks dispense systems. Suitable for compatible 30/70 mixed gas, 60/40 mixed gas and nitrogen cylinders, it provides adjustable outlet pressure up to 45 PSI / 3.1 bar.
The regulator mounts directly onto a compatible gas cylinder and features a 3/8" push-fit outlet, making it suitable for pubs, bars, breweries, mobile bars and other draught dispense installations.
Twin gauges provide clear indication of both regulated outlet pressure and cylinder contents pressure.
Bottle Mounted Mixed Gas Beer Regulator
Unlike a wall-mounted primary regulator, this model connects directly to the beverage gas cylinder, providing a compact solution where a separate wall-mounted regulator is not required.

Twin Pressure Gauges
The regulator incorporates two gauges for monitoring the gas system.
The outlet pressure gauge displays the regulated pressure being supplied to the dispense system, while the cylinder contents gauge indicates the pressure on the cylinder side of the regulator.
Adjustable Outlet Pressure
The regulator provides an adjustable output of up to 45 PSI / 3.1 bar, allowing the gas pressure to be set according to the requirements of the individual draught system.
The correct operating pressure will depend on the beverage, gas mixture, temperature, beer line resistance and overall dispense setup.
3/8" Push-Fit Gas Outlet
A 3/8" push-fit outlet allows compatible 3/8" OD beverage gas pipe to be connected directly to the regulator.
This is compatible with common 3/8" gas pipework used throughout professional draught beer installations.
Safety Blow-Off Valves
The regulator incorporates twin pressure relief / blow-off valves, with a specified relief pressure of approximately 52 PSI / 3.6–3.7 bar.
These form part of the regulator's pressure safety system and should not be adjusted or modified.
