The M Type keg coupler has a 1/2" thread, making it effortless to install and ensuring a secure connection. This type of coupler is not commonly used in the UK, but is typically used with German branded beer kegs. It closely resembles the A Type, but has a unique probe configuration, as shown in the illustration.
