The Clear Compensator Beer Tap is an adjustable flow tap designed for professional draught beer and beverage dispense systems. The integrated compensator allows the product flow rate to be adjusted directly at the tap to suit the requirements of the dispense setup.

Adjustable Flow Clear Beer Tap
Unlike a standard freeflow beer tap, a compensator beer tap incorporates an adjustable flow control mechanism.
The adjustment control allows additional restriction to be introduced at the tap, enabling the dispense speed to be increased or reduced without altering the main gas pressure.

How a Compensator Beer Tap Works
The compensator mechanism introduces adjustable resistance immediately before the dispense outlet.
Adjusting the compensator changes the restriction through the tap, allowing the pouring speed to be altered to suit the system.
This provides an accessible way to fine-tune the product flow at the dispense point.
Clear Tap Body

Important
A compensator tap controls product flow rate, but excessive foaming or poor dispense can also be caused by incorrect gas pressure, warm product, insufficient cooling, incorrect beer line resistance or other system issues.
The complete draught system should be correctly set up before making final adjustments using the compensator.
