Bringing Brass Beauty to the Queen Vic: Morepour’s Work on EastEnders

At Morepour, we take pride in delivering professional draught drinks installations across the UK – and our latest project was no exception. We were recently chosen to fit out the brand new beer dispensing setup at one of the country’s most recognisable pubs: the Queen Victoria on BBC’s EastEnders.

As part of a set refresh for the long-running drama, the production team wanted a draught setup that not only looked the part but performed to the highest standards. We were delighted to rise to the challenge, delivering both eye-catching design and robust functionality.

The centrepiece of this install? Custom-made brass walking stick fonts with matching brass taps, crafted by the talented team at Drin-KIT. These elegant and unique fonts lend a vintage character that perfectly complements the Queen Vic’s traditional pub setting.

To complete the look – and serve up some proper pints of cask ale – we installed real ale beer engines from the renowned Harry Mason's of Birmingham. With their longstanding reputation for quality and heritage in British beer dispensing, Harry Mason’s handpulls were the ideal match for this iconic bar.
